The doctor was kind. But the nurses and the chief director weren’t doing their jobs properly. They messed up the surgery date, and because I hadn’t heard anything until the day before, I called first. They panicked, said they’d call me back, and then three hours later the chief director called to apologize. Even though I said I had already rearranged everything and asked what I was supposed to do, they didn’t really do anything about it. In the end, I had to set a new date and do it six months later.
