The consultation staff were rude, which was unpleasant. Even with an appointment, I had to wait quite a while, and the consultation went in the order: staff member - doctor - staff member. Out of the 9 hospitals I visited, this was the only one that said I would need fat grafting. It was the first time I had heard that, so while I was writing it down, they told me not to write it and to think about it in common sense(^^) Whether or not fat grafting is necessary aside, I have no intention of going back.
