Some other famous hospitals had reviews saying they were rude, so I went here for consultation and surgery on the same day. I had already researched a lot and knew the exact location, but when I talked with the consulting manager I felt a bit... weird? However, when I consulted with the doctor, they pinpointed exactly what I wanted, so I trusted them and went ahead with surgery. I wanted local anesthesia, so I did that, and during the surgery the right side took longer, so I felt more pain.. If I could go back, I would choose sedation anesthesia.. I’m very satisfied now and there was no hollowing in my cheeks at all (I secretly hoped they’d become a bit more hollow, but I guess I’ll have to see how the residual swelling goes down first).
