I redid it with a curve, but now that 5-6 years have passed, I realized belatedly this was a place that had tried to do something, but didn't really have aesthetic sense. Even if I accept that the nose as a whole got lower, the tip was ruined. The bridge disappeared too, so I had filler done. The boundary between the nostril wing and the bridge was there, and I used donated rib cartilage, but the septum wasn't firmly supporting it, and when I touched it, it sank in deeply. I also had the nostrils reduced, but they weren't reduced enough, and the nostril tip should have been pointing backward, but mine points forward like a pig nose. So my impression looks stuffy. Anyway, it was ruined.
