The head of the counseling room has professional knowledge close to a doctor's level. The director also explained things fairly well, and they used Photoshop to show a virtual post-surgery image, but the head of counseling explained the surgical process and why the price comes out that way extremely well, one by one, so although the price is very high, I kind of understood it. Their expertise definitely seems higher than other places.
