I absolutely agree that the coordinator doesn't know much. I once mentioned the drainage bottle, and they answered, "Is there even a hospital that doesn't use a drainage bottle?" I was very surprised. The director is kind. They say he has over 20 years of experience. For a square jaw, if you add cortical bone work and masseter reduction, the price goes up more.
