I had a consultation here for double eyelid surgery 2 years ago, and I think I talked with the director for a long time. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered everything in detail. He seemed knowledgeable, but he definitely prefers a natural look, so our needs did not match. Still, if you like a natural result, this seems worth checking out.
