I went there for a procedure first, and it's a factory-style place. They said it was hard to choose a doctor, and a friend told me it was famous for contour injections, so I went! The smell of air freshener constantly being sprayed in the lobby was really awful It was painful just waiting there. Even after 40 minutes they hadn't called me, so I asked at the front desk. There were about four people there, but no one answered, and when I asked again with a straight face, one person told me to wait a bit, and later someone called me. Turns out the assigned manager had been changed because of a personal issue just then, they said? If there was a problem, shouldn't they have changed it earlier? It made me question the system, and the front desk is really rude.
