I had thigh + buttock liposuction about 3 years ago. My upper body was slim, but no matter how much weight I lost, my lower body wouldn't get thinner. After the lipo, I can wear the pants and skirts I wanted as much as I like. So far I have had no side effects and I'm satisfied. I'm satisfied with the surgical results, but it's better not to expect much from the doctor's explanation or kindness.
