I went for a consultation about alar base reduction, and the hospital was huge. I went early in the morning, but there were still quite a few people. I only wanted alar base reduction, but the director said I would need to do it together with lowering the nasal tip. They kindly explained the principles in detail. The consultation manager was kind too. I went there two years ago, so I don’t remember the exact cost, but I think it was on the expensive side Maybe 1–2 million won.
