I finally managed to get a consultation after waiting for months, but... I was a little disappointed. There were a lot of people, so I understand they might have been tired, but it made me think, 'Did I do something wrong? Is it okay to ask this question?' ...The consultation itself was not satisfactory. I also felt like, 'Did I wait months just for this?' But the content of the consultation was substantial, and the professionalism definitely seemed good. It was a consultation that left me with some regrets, so I'd like to get it again, but I don't have the confidence to wait that long again.
