I think I watched a lot on YouTube too. Usually when I watch a lot there and then go in, I can understand the consultation better and judge whether it feels better than expected or not as good as expected. The director here speaks very calmly and nicely, and I could really feel that he sincerely wanted things to turn out well, so I was grateful.
