The consultation was done without a CT scan. The doctor said it's because he has so much experience that he can roughly tell the size just by looking. The doctor's consultation was long, but he spoke casually. He emphasized that he looks a lot at the overall harmony of the face and recommended doing other procedures together. Still, the consultation was detailed and felt somewhat friendly. He said there is no discount for surgery with him.
