I had my first double eyelid surgery here. It feels like a Busan factory-type place, and like all the Busan doctors pass through here..? So I do not know about the doctor exactly (they opened their own clinic after leaving), but I think it was pretty average. I had good results. It is a fairly ordinary, large, major hospital with a lot of people and a lot of directors, so make sure you check carefully who is good before you go. I picked well.
