I had a consultation for revision surgery, and only one side was possible, which was great. The manager was very kind, and the director only said exactly what needed to be said, but answered questions well too. They measured the eye length for me, spoke gently but with a definite feel. The manager and the other staff members were all pretty and natural-looking too, so I could really see the kind of aesthetic the director prefers.
