The consultation coordinator and the director had good taste and were kind. But the front desk was kind of.. I don’t remember it very fondly, and I really didn’t like the way they made you write a review on the spot and show it to them.. They should have had us write it in advance, or at least not held up people who were being discharged.. It was crowded with people who had anesthetic cream on and people waiting, so I thought that part was unfortunate.
