Both the head doctor and the director were kind. The facilities were good, and the wait time was a bit long. They empathized with the patient’s wishes as much as possible and reflected them. Overall, this was a hospital that left a good impression. If I had to point out a downside, it’s that the hospital is on the 8th or 9th floor, so waiting for the elevator was a little hard?
