I got breast surgery and it turned out well. The shape came out exactly the way I wanted. I didn't want it to look weird if the cleavage stayed joined even when I wasn't wearing a bra, so I wanted about a finger's width of space, and it came out exactly like that. The scar progress isn't that great, but they treated it every time I went, so it has improved a lot. I'm satisfied with both the feel and the shape. Ah, and for the size too, I got greedy and chose one cup size larger than recommended, but I wish I had just gone with what they suggested.
