The doctor’s consultation was detailed and kind. But when I went out and had the consultation with the manager, what they said about how the surgery would be done was different, so it looked inconsistent. The surgery is done by the doctor; or maybe they received the information wrong.. What made me more upset was that I’m already old enough, but they spoke to me informally.
