The consultation manager was kind and didn't push anything, which was nice. The staff kindness level was average to low. While I was waking up from anesthesia and was still groggy, I tried to lift a paper cup with my hand in the recovery room and accidentally hit a staff member's hand, and they immediately made an annoyed face It was my fault, but I had just woken up from sedation, so it would've been nice if they had been more understanding. The director explained the things I was curious about and said clearly when something didn't seem possible.
