The consultant..? who handled charting was kind and asked about everything in detail. There was also a photo preview for double eyelids, but I was told it wasn't accurate, so I didn't do it. But when I left, it seemed like they were doing it in Photoshop themselves. I got the slight impression that they didn't want to add work for themselves, so they recommended against it.. (But after reading other reviews, maybe I was right not to do it.) The director was cheerful and felt like a friendly uncle. He explained things kindly and tried to accommodate what I wanted as much as possible. He also showed before-and-after photos, but most were of men, so it was hard to judge. The consultation manager also explained things kindly and was nice, but the price was much higher than I expected, and I wasn't sure it would turn out pretty, so I didn't do it there! While I was sitting and waiting for the consultation, it did seem like this was the kind of clinic many men go to.
