Three years ago I had a buried double-eyelid surgery somewhere else, and I hated the line so much that I went in for revision surgery consultation. The director drew the line I wanted and caught the exact points I wanted really well, so I was satisfied. Things ended up not working out and I couldn't have the surgery, but this time I want to go consult here again. Back then, the director told me that if I was going to have revision surgery, I should go to the doctor who did it, have the buried stitches released, and then come back, so no separate estimate was made.
