I never thought I'd end up having revision nose surgery, but the shape of my nose was crooked and I just couldn't live with it... Since I was already doing it, I thought I might as well make it prettier, so I went in for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. (I consulted about using donated rib cartilage.) At first, I wanted such a dramatic change, but they told me honestly that what can't be done, can't be done () So honestly, that was better because it was realistic (Much better than saying it would look that way and then not doing it.) For one thing, there was no consultation fee, and there was no pressure or pushy recommendation, which is probably what I liked most
