Ah, I just finished writing this and it got erased. There is no counseling director, and the doctor personally does the consultation. I liked that they explained the eye shape and the surgery method in detail. They said ptosis is something hospitals recommend for everyone, but for me it wasn't necessary. It was clean and quiet, so I liked it.
