I went at the scheduled consultation time, but the director was in surgery, so I waited an hour before the consultation. The consultation itself was over in 5 minutes, and the way he spoke felt perfunctory... maybe he was tired after surgery or maybe he just couldn’t be bothered. He looked at my eye photos and just gave a vague answer like, "You should be able to do something." I went in with high expectations because he was mentioned a lot on this community’s eye consultation list, but setting aside his skill, his attitude was really awful.
