A hospital with extremely long waits.. you have to assume at least an hour no matter what, and the hospital itself feels hectic, so it was mentally draining. There were a ton of foreigners too, and because they were so busy, the consultation did not feel detailed or attentive, but the chief doctor was fairly kind.
