The consultation manager didn’t have any positive energy, so she had that weird vibe of someone I didn’t really want to talk to. The doctor was truly extremely professional, seemed so knowledgeable and confident that I wanted to get surgery right away, but the hospital itself looked a bit run-down, and the service and aftercare seemed a little weak.
