The director is safety-oriented, so the change wasn’t dramatic. The consultation manager was super kind and meticulous. I had surgery using ear cartilage, but because there was some unevenness, I had revision surgery. (Probably it wouldn’t have happened if I had also done the bridge of the nose, but the manager said that since my brow bone was prominent too, if I didn’t also do the forehead I’d end up looking masculine, so I decided not to do it.) They advised against lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty from the start, saying those surgeries would just reattach again, but I insisted and had them done anyway (after about 2 years they reattached again). One thing is certain: there doesn’t seem to be a shadow doctor. When I had alar reduction and correction of asymmetric nostrils, they used local anesthesia. The director performed the surgery all the way to the end. It feels naturally, subtly prettier.
