I went with high expectations because their blog posts and celebrity face analyses were done really well, but they couldn't explain the surgery method in a way that made sense to me. They said the upper fixation prevents the skin from sagging, but from my common sense I couldn't make sense of it. Even with upper fixation, they still separate the tissue and do the surgery anyway, so I couldn't understand that part and wasn't convinced.
