The doctor looked a bit tired, but he explained the parts I needed very well. He also explained the things I asked about clearly starting from the cause, which was nice. It was easy to understand because he told me the reasons for the procedure and the expected results, and after the doctor, the person who handled the consultation also spoke from the perspective of someone who is not a surgeon but a patient, which I liked.
