Cons I had high expectations because there were so many good reviews everywhere, but it didn't meet them (not saying it's bad) They're not unfriendly, but I felt uncomfortable. They have a very stern style, and it feels like that puts pressure on me Pros I liked that they clearly explained what could and couldn't be done, and what I should give up on While listening, it felt like I was learning something, and it gave off a younger version vibe mixed with one of the top 3 big-name hospitals It seems more suitable for people looking for nasal revision surgery than for nasal implant removal (just my personal opinion)
