Eye Surgery review at Oreunson (옳은손) · Under-eye fat repositioning · 2025-09-18

I had a consultation for under-eye fat surgery. The director explained things calmly and well. Maybe because they are very meticulous, when they were taking photos of my face, they noticed that one eyelash under my eye was missing. They retook the photos, including a neutral expression and a smiling expression, and it seemed like they were checking everything carefully, which I liked. This was the only place that could do it without fat grafting, so I had high expectations. They said I was older and had a lot of wrinkles, but that under-eye fat surgery was still possible. They said the Rejuran and Juvelook I had gotten 4 months earlier could be a concern, but fortunately they were in the butterfly zone rather than the under-eye area, so surgery was possible. They kept saying a few times that the Juvelook lump would rise when I smile. I couldn't see it. For internal fixation, when lowering the fat, they hold it from below so it doesn't move, I guess? Anyway, that's why they also do external fixation. They said fat grafting looks good at first, but later it sags and causes problems, so many people come back for revision surgery... Hearing that made fat grafting feel even scarier... They said they used to do fat grafting in the past, but stopped doing it. They also said there will probably be more cases of removal than actual repositioning. There are no events or review discounts here. Anyway, my consultation with the director was fine. I could feel something like the experience that comes from many years in the field. I don't think the hollows will all be solved. I guess I don't have enough fat. Every other place recommended fat grafting..... Sigh, now I'm even more curious about reviews from people who had it done here. The more clinics I visit, the more I end up thinking about it.
