It was a few months ago, but back then I saw just one review and thought she was genuinely so pretty that I went straight to consult. I consulted with Director Yu Kyung-ha, and the consultation quality was good. The explanations were good too. The consultation took a bit longer than I expected. When I discussed surgery, I got the sense that they were speaking very professionally. Things like why osteotomy is needed, why the septum bends, and so on. The overall atmosphere of the clinic felt calm, and the manager didn’t pressure me about a deposit. They did ask which clinics I had been to and which ones I planned to visit, but they didn’t badmouth other clinics or anything, just listened and nodded. They told me I should visit several places, compare them, and choose carefully, so if anything, I liked that better. If they had been like, "Our clinic is the best, the director is the best," I think I would have felt put off, but that doesn’t seem to be their personality. The consultation was fine, and the reviews they showed had a lot of different cases, so there was plenty to look at. Good.
