The doctor is the type to hit you with blunt facts. Put nicely, he seems objective and professional, but he is definitely not kind. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't really drawn in. The staff member in charge seemed like a delinquent-type. I hadn't even done anything, but after I asked a few questions about the surgery she looked down on me and started acting like she wanted to fight me. It was surreal.
