It was my first time consulting about eye surgery, so there were some things I didn’t know and I couldn’t think of questions well, so I ended up speaking a bit awkwardly compared to what I intended, but they spoke to me in a scolding way, so I couldn’t say anything back. Since it seemed like they would react the same way even if I rebutted or asked more questions, I just left. When the staff asked me whether I had seen what the result looks like after back canthoplasty (not before-and-after photos, but the appearance on day n), I said I hadn’t, and they sighed while talking to me, then made their own judgment in a strange direction that had nothing to do with my surgical purpose (something like, “This is the kind of surgery this is, but it seems like the patient doesn’t want surgery for that purpose”). It was annoying.
