They were kind, but I was a little disappointed that they did not explain in detail why I should not have ptosis correction. It also felt slightly factory-like, and there seemed to be people receiving dermatology consultations too!! It also seems their aesthetic goal is naturalness rather than an overly unnatural look!! There was quite a wait, but all the staff were kind, which was nice. For a factory-style clinic, the reviews here are fairly good, so I also thought it might not be bad for getting it done at a low price! Compared with the other places I consulted, it was average—decent.
