I went for a consultation, and the explanation was more detailed than expected, so the consultation itself was fine. They recommended releasing the existing adhesions on both sides and lowering the lines through incisional surgery. They said the left would be lowered only slightly and the right more, to make the uneven eyes as symmetrical as possible. The plan also included incisional ptosis correction on both sides and fat repositioning. Creating a second line is also possible, but if the scars are a concern, later incisional surgery...
