I think a doctor should be kind and explain things well to someone they are meeting for the first time. I went after watching YouTube, but the actual experience was so different that I was very disappointed. The atmosphere was unfriendly and aggressive, as if they were scolding me for no reason, so I had absolutely no expectations. The doctor's credentials look impressive and good, but if not only I, but also other people, feel this way, shouldn't they improve? The atmosphere among the consultation staff was also so bad that I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
