They explained calcification sufficiently while taking my age into account, and clearly distinguished what could realistically be resolved from what seemed difficult to resolve. They also told me to think again about having surgery because it did not necessarily seem necessary. I liked that they explained kindly without making me feel pressured to undergo surgery.
