I paid 00 million won for a rhinoplasty without an implant. It looks natural, but by my standards the before-and-after difference is so small that I sometimes wonder what was done lol T_T. It did hurt, but considering I endured that and spent the money, the amount of change was disappointing. I showed the doctor a photo of the nose I wanted, but they said that shape was absolutely impossible. At the time I accepted that and had surgery after consulting only this one place, but now I think I should have visited other places and compared their explanations and the extent of the possible changes. I should have deliberated more when I was told my desired shape would be difficult, and I still regret that. Fortunately, I have not noticed any side effects or discomfort so far, and on ordinary days I can even forget that I had surgery. I did not have a separate X-ray before surgery, but after hearing about it later, I became curious whether it was unnecessary in my case. It was reassuring that an anesthesiologist was present. It is nice to live comfortably, but considering the price and pain, I wish the change had been more noticeable.
