The consultant was very kind, and the counter staff were incredibly kind too—really gentle and almost like announcers. When I consulted at another clinic, the counter staff felt a little like high-school bullies. The doctor's consultation was professional, and since our aesthetic preferences were similar, we clicked well. People say to avoid large clinics, but the price advantage is definitely significant. Still, the advantage only matters if the surgery goes well, so I will have to see the results. I also feel uneasy that CCTV viewing is unavailable, and perhaps there really is a reason people say to avoid large clinics. I am still undecided.
