When you enter the hospital, it feels spacious and bright, so I got a cheerful impression. They even had music playing. It was the only one out of the three places that had a water dispenser and a coffee machine. The consultation manager also spoke with a smile and in a bright tone. I had a consultation with the director too, smiling the whole time, and it felt good. They said I didn't need to do everything I asked for and would keep it to the minimum. They understood my needs well, and everyone was cheerful. For forehead lift, there is a separate specialist director. He was a bit like a father from an older generation who doesn't express himself very well. He wasn't especially friendly, but he did try to explain things in his own way. He seemed proud of his skills, which made me trust him. It was the hospital that felt the best among the places I visited for consultations
