I was recommended autologous costal cartilage with osteotomy for bulbous nose correction, and the doctor's consultation was thorough. They took my photo and used it during the consultation, and since it seemed like the consultation would end early, I had already booked the next consultation too, but it ended up taking longer than I expected, which was good. The doctor clearly said what could and couldn't be done, and my nose also had a bit of a bulbous-nose feel, so I said I wanted to fix that, and he said that part should improve well, so I thought it was realistic counseling. It wasn't a very natural style, so people who like a higher bridge or a more glamorous look should go here.
