Because it's underground I was a bit worried, but the lobby was big and spacious. When I first went there, they had me fill out a bunch of forms, and I waited about 15 minutes? I consulted in the order of manager > director > manager, and the manager just wrote down my basic wishes, then the director handled all of the consultation. They explained things kindly, but the manager felt a bit stiff, and the price was higher than other places, so I'm planning to get surgery somewhere else.
