Maybe because it’s a big clinic, it was crowded and busy. The front desk staff also looked really busy. Still, the wait wasn’t that long, I think. The director and the manager were kind. They explained things well, and it didn’t feel like they were just recommending everything under the sun. The atmosphere was that they were only telling me what suited my eyes, so I didn’t feel any resistance either. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, but the estimate felt a little expensive to me, so I’m putting it on hold..
