This was the third hospital I looked into. The doctor seemed to have a very clear idea of what he wanted, and I liked that he was confident in deciding on the procedure. However, although the consultation manager was kind, it bothered me a little that she kept saying things like, 'If it's not our hospital, it's not that great.'
