The doctor is a bit blunt, but still gave a very careful estimate. They thought a lot about my nose's function and paid a lot of attention to the things that would be uncomfortable. They said my septum was basically broken and flopping around like a fish. If you do it here, it seems like they really take the functional side of the nose seriously.
