It seems like the director likes doing a flashy rib-cartilage style. I consulted with Director Choi Hang-seok, and he seemed to prefer a style that extends the nose length by lowering the tip and then lifting it upward, aiming for a straight-but-slightly-upturned feel. I got the impression that he doesn't particularly prefer surgery using septal cartilage or ear cartilage.
