It's been a long time since the consultation, but because the hospital is large, it definitely felt systematic, and the director was kind during the consultation too, which was nice. Personally, though, I felt a little uneasy because the scale was so big, and in the end I just left after the consultation. I don't remember the cost well because it was from so long ago
