He recommended tip plasty with lowering the columella + septal cartilage for the nasal tip, hump reduction + 1 mm at the glabella. He drew a nose diagram and explained the condition of my nose in detail and kindly, and it did seem like he recommended only what was necessary. However, I kept worrying about raising the glabella by 1 mm, so I did not do it here.
